$99 includes:
1) 1 year of full service at the CompUtopia on campus service center which includes priority service for any Apple warranty repairs.
2) A loaner laptop will be provided if your computer is due to stay in the service center for an extended period of time; for example when a part needs to be ordered to fix the problem.
3) Best effort to Restore the operating system, application software and your data if anything catastrophic ever happens to your hard drive.
4) On Campus Service Center located in Duffy Academic Center, Room 014.
5) CompUtopia provides telephone support for the operating system & hardware questions as well as remote assistance (requires remote desktop capability) to resolve problems during standard business hours Monday through Friday 52 weeks a year.
6) For the summer months, Computopia support is provided at 205 Hallene Rd, Warwick RI 02886. You have an option to drive or ship your computer to to have it repaired and you can always call during business hours for support at 800-638-0286.
