Q.) How are your contracts structured?
A.) Our contracts are quite flexible. The typical contract ranges from an initial 6 month agreement, after which the relationship continues on a month to month basis.
Q.) I already have an IT person, but they are overworked. Do I have to replace this person?
A.) Not at all. We can custom tailor this program so that we can work as your IT staff or part of your IT staff, supplementing in-house expertise.
Q.) What equipment or software do I have to buy?
A.) None. CompUtopia will supply 100% of the materials needed for this program. Note, this assumes that you have an always on internet connection.
Q.) How much does this service cost compared to in-house resources?
A.) Our contracts are priced very affordably. Our experience is that we will be able to save the typical business between 50% and 70% in total personnel costs. For example, if you are considering hiring an IT person for $50,000 per year, the actual costs including benefits would approximately $62,500 or over $5,200 per month. Our Managed IT Services program would typically cost approximately $1,500-$2,500 per month.
